Helps with my appetite! I recommend!

I have lost 30lbs in the last 3 months while taking these pills and dieting. I have not been exercising because I physically can't so maybe you would have better results if you exercised as well. I eat 3 meals a day and rarely snack. It seems to be enough food for me, I do have to have willpower when it comes to fatty foods and sweets. The bad thing that I do is I drink a TON of diet soda, just can't seem to give it up yet...maybe eventually, haha. So anyways, I think the Garcinia is helping me to stick to the three meals a day, just as a good appetite suppressant. I recommend!
***update*** 4/25/16
I lost another 11 pounds last month (3/20-4/20). I'll add another set of pictures. I'm 20 pounds away from my goal weight so if I continue at my current rate it should take me about another two months! Yay! Can't wait, it's just in time for summer. Love these pills. I was not given these pills for free or at a reduced rate by the way.
***update*** 5/20/16
I lost another 7 1/2 pounds this past month (4/20-5/20). I now weigh 142.5 pounds. My goal weight is 130. So I have 12 1/2 pounds left. It should take another month and a half. Still moving in the right direction!! I'll post new pics. Still sticking to my diet and not snacking much, when I do snack it's veggies. My stomach rarely growls. So I think these pills are still helping with appetite suppression. Try them out!

I've regain my faith in losing weight

I started using this product in Oct to begin my weightloss journey after having a baby in June via emergency c-section. I didn't want to write a review until I had enough time to assess the results.
I used this pill coupled with healthier meals and exercise for the entire month of October which resulted in 10lbs lost.
I repeated the same routine for November and lost 10 more pounds. Even when I slipped up with my eating habits once or twice a week.
In December, I decided to stop taking the pills to see if the pills were actually aiding my weight lost. After 3 weeks, I only lost 1lb. So I decided to order another bottle, and within two weeks, I lost 4lbs.
I'm officially sold on this product and will continue to use it throughout my journey.
My goal is to lose 92lbs. 67 more lbs to go.
1/7/2014: I have lost 25lbs since Oct 1, 2013.

I didn't know people were commenting on this post, my apologies. I have enabled my email to recieve comments from now on.
So, I have lost a total of 40lbs thus far, but I've gained a ton of muscle, too. I weight lift 3 days a week, cardio 2 days a week. I eat about 1300-1500 per a day.
I stopped using the product for three month because I felt guilty using a supplement to aid my weightloss, but not anymore. Don't let anyone (friends or media) influence your decision to aid your weightloss. We will all have are own set-backs (mentally, emotionally, physically, and chemically). This product really does work and I'll keep using it until I reach my goal.
I am proud to say I am 30lbs lighter than I was pre-pregnancy.
I RAN (the entire time) my first 5k last weekend.
Once you start using this product, don't stop like I did.
I will provide another update once I have finished my new bottle :-)

it Works!!! The real thing!!

I have a low thyroid and I'm over 50 I find it very difficult to lose weight. This is the real stuff!! Because for the first time In years I have been able to lose 2 lbs a week consistently!! I have now lost 25lbs and I haven't experienced any side effects either!! Great product!!!
